A Sacred Commitment Between Two Sovereign Beings

Thank you for entering this work with openness, discernment, and sovereignty.

This agreement exists not to create hierarchy, but to create clarity, dignity, and coherence in the relational space we will share. It is between Ning Chen (Flowering Serenity) and you, the leader who joins. We both sign it.

A Shared Field of Evolution

Between us, we also invite God / Infinite Intelligence / Tao / Source / Universe (whatever you like to name) to hold the center — so we may always find the third perspective, so the best ideas win.

Not power. Not titles. Not personality. Truth leads.

By entering the First-Principle Singularity Experience, you enter a field of co-created consciousness evolution: a transformational, consciousness-based container designed to bring clarity, insight, and emotional refinement to your life and leadership.

This is not psychotherapy. This is not mentorship. This is not hierarchy. This is not “me leading you.” This is systematic symbiosis: a mutual and beneficial commitment to become more conscious than the patterns running our world.

This is two sovereign consciousnesses meeting where truth can reorganize reality.

Together, we can make unconscious conscious, wake more people up and put heaven on the earth.

To protect both of us and support the integrity of this work, we agree to the following:

1Nature of This Symbiosis

Everything included in the First-Principle Singularity Experience is described on its offer page when you sign.

This work is designed to:

• reveal the unconscious architecture shaping your life
• dissolve inherited loops, wounds, and distortions
• recalibrate identity at its source
• reconstruct leadership from inner truth
• generate clarity, coherence, and alignment
• hone your soul chef skills to nourish your inner child’s playfulness
• contribute to the emergence of higher humanity

We begin with a plan, because direction matters. Your offer page is the map, honestly written. What happens inside it we co-create — and sharpen as we go. But no human framework can hold everything that may be revealed along the way. Your own days may show us something the plan could not see, name, or predict.

When that happens, we do not force the experience back into the map. We stay curious. We step outside the silos we have inherited. We stay open to what is true and to the best idea. And we trust God’s plan more than our human silos. Call it God. Call it the Tao, the Universe, infinite intelligence, or your own deepest knowing. The name is yours; the leading is the same.

What unfolds is not a deviation. It is the deeper journey we were being led toward all along. The plan gives us direction. Curiosity keeps us open. God decides how far, and how deep, your unique individual journey goes — the God within you, by whatever name is yours. The heart of what you joined stays.

This work is transformational, not clinical or medical.

You acknowledge that:

• you are 18 or older
• no diagnoses are provided
• no psychotherapy is offered
• no medical or crisis intervention is included
• you are responsible for your mental and emotional stability

This Experience complements other forms of care. It does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis intervention.

2Shared Vision and Accountability

Transformation does not happen to you. It happens through you.

This container thrives when both parties show up with:

• honesty
• kindness
• openness
• willingness
• curiosity
• presence
• emotional maturity

We share four values. They bring you through the door; inside, they become what we hold each other to:

• Sovereignty — nobody hands you an answer you did not arrive at.
• Authenticity — the work only holds when what is brought is true.
• Curiosity — we look at what shaped a thing before we judge it.
• Playfulness — we meet the unconscious with a light hand, never a tighter grip.

We may drift off course sometimes, but we know how to come back home.

By joining, you agree to:

• take responsibility for your emotions, decisions, and integration
• communicate your needs, boundaries, and truths clearly
• approach the work as a sovereign individual consciousness
• participate as a consciousness with greatness, not a dependent identity
• honor your own boundaries, pace, and nervous system
• seek external professional support if needed

I agree to:

• meet you as an equal, with respect and kindness
• offer clear, precise systems, frameworks, and tools
• offer precise reflections and feedback
• maintain a grounded, coherent field
• honor your sovereignty and your individual developing process
• practice confidentiality and presence
• hold a sustainable rhythm of support, so I can always be fully present
• give you Precision Personalized Support: your messages come first, and I answer them myself, within that rhythm

We walk side by side, not in hierarchy, which means you are the main character in your life.

3Your Team

Before entering the work, each team member agrees to the four values, confidentiality, and the bottom lines.

You are responsible for your team members following this agreement.

4The Energetic Exchange (Payment)

The investment of $111,111 USD represents:

• your commitment to your growth
• an energetic declaration of readiness
• a signal of alignment
• your devotion to clarity and conscious leadership
• your wholehearted yes, because this work asks for all of you

Your payment affirms your readiness. My acceptance affirms mine.

Your first payment confirms your place, and the work begins when it is received. An invoice follows each payment.

The investment is paid in one of two ways:

• one payment of $111,111 USD; or
• two payments of $57,777.77 USD: the first before we begin, the second one month after the first. Until the second payment is received, the work pauses.

Whichever you choose, you commit to all of its payments.

Any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.

Because this work begins instantly — energetically and psychologically — and the container is bespoke:

• All payments are final
• No refunds or cancellations

If something ever feels wrong, please talk to me first. I would always rather hear it from you.

This ensures we both enter the work with clarity, responsibility, and integrity.

5Confidentiality & Integrity of the Field

Everything shared is held in sacred and human confidentiality.

You agree not to:

• share session content publicly
• record or distribute sessions
• expose personal stories or insights of others

I agree to:

• protect your identity, personal story, and process
• hold your evolution with depth and care
• maintain a space of safety, honesty, and non-judgment

Group sessions may be recorded. Recordings are only for the members of your program.

Everything personal you share is kept strictly confidential. It goes beyond our work only if you yourself choose to let your story contribute to the meaning of the collective consciousness.

What a team member shares with me privately stays between us, unless they choose to share it. What you share with me privately is not shared with your team.

Your company’s information — strategy, finances, people and plans — is confidential. I use it only for our work.

When you share about your child or another person, share only what you have the right to share, as their parent or guardian or with their consent. It is kept to what the work needs and never used to identify them.

Confidentiality has only two exceptions: when the law requires disclosure, or when someone’s safety is at serious risk.

This is a mutual vow of human dignity, spiritual maturity, and energetic integrity.

6Intellectual Property

All methods, frameworks, reflections, maps, processes, and consciousness technologies shared in this Experience remain my intellectual property.

You may:

• apply what you learn to your life
• embody the transformation
• integrate the clarity into your leadership

You may not:

• copy
• teach
• distribute
• commercialize
• repurpose
• or sell any elements of this work.

What you download is yours to keep for personal use. Course access lasts for as long as Flowering Serenity offers the course.

Your transformation belongs to you. The system belongs to me.

7No Guarantees

Because this work addresses:

• the unconscious
• emotional patterns
• leadership identity
• personal meaning
• inner truth

No specific results are guaranteed.

What is promised:

• clarity
• precision
• honesty
• presence
• insight
• grounded support
• a coherent container for your growth

Your outcomes arise through your responsibility, openness, and integration.

8Alignment & Boundaries

This container may be ended early if any of the following continues after a reminder and a written warning:

• violation of boundaries
• disrespect, hostility, blame, insults, or contempt toward anyone in the work
• unconscious reactivity that disrupts the work
• discrimination toward anyone in the work
• sharing another person’s story or private information without permission
• conduct that makes the space unsafe or misaligned

If I end the work for any of these reasons, no refund is given.

This ensures the integrity of the field is protected for both of us.

The bottom lines. There is zero tolerance for:

• violence, assault, or threats of any kind
• harassment, including sexual harassment
• intimidation or coercion

What follows when a bottom line is crossed:

• the work ends at once, with no refund
• access to the group, the sessions, the recordings, and the course ends
• violence, assault, or threats may be reported to the authorities

If it is a team member whose conduct continues after a reminder and a written warning, or who crosses a bottom line, that person’s participation ends; your work continues.

A breach of confidentiality or intellectual property may also lead to legal action.

Boundaries here means what this agreement asks of each of us: confidentiality, respect and kindness toward every person in the work, the rhythm of support, the intellectual property, and the four values.

Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as illness, emergencies, or natural disasters. If that happens on my side, our work may be delayed, but it will never be abandoned. This is my promise: I will finish what we began together, however long it takes.

9Governing Awareness (Not Just Governing Law)

Societal laws exist to define the lowest acceptable threshold of behavior.

This work, however, calls you to your highest.

Before you enter, please commit not just to your legal obligations — but to your greatness.

Show up as the kind of leader your future self — and humanity — would thank you for. Sending you gratitude.

While this agreement is legally governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada, it is spiritually and energetically governed by higher principles:

• sovereignty
• responsibility
• honesty
• coherence
• compassion
• truth
• conscious choice

This is the soil we grow in. This is the vibration we protect. This is the frequency that makes this work possible.

The legal essentials:

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, any financial claim against me under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid.
• Nothing in this agreement limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
• This agreement, together with the offer page at the time you signed, is our whole agreement. If it is updated later, the version you signed applies to you.
• If any part of this agreement can’t be enforced, the rest still stands.
• Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Our collaboration rests on this agreement, to keep our work at its best for both of us.

10Entry Declaration

By signing, you affirm:

• I enter as a sovereign being.
• I enter a symbiotic field of consciousness evolution.
• I am 18 or older.
• I share the four values: sovereignty, authenticity, curiosity, and playfulness.
• I understand this is not a replacement for medical care or crisis support.
• I take full responsibility for my well-being.
• I take full responsibility for my emotional, relational, financial, and spiritual experience.
• I understand all payments are final and non-refundable.
• I agree to engage with honesty, presence, and self-awareness.
• I understand that transformation is co-created.
• I agree to the confidentiality and intellectual property boundaries, and to the bottom lines.
• I am responsible for the team members who enter with me following this agreement.

This Experience will meet you at the level of responsibility, openness, and depth you bring to it.

When one consciousness reorganizes in truth, the collective reorganizes with it.

Your evolution becomes a contribution to the evolution of humanity.
